She supported my daughter with trying different styles, colours and listening carefully to the feedback, likes and dislikes to help get THE dress. Now, we just have to wait until the summer- it will be a long wait!!!

We visited the store a few weeks ago to purchase my daughter’s prom dress. The system is great - it’s brilliant that they will check nobody else from the school year has purchased the same dress and will strictly disallow you buying one that’s already taken. This seems to be quite important to the girls! The staff were kind, not pushy and allowed you to take your time browsing and trying on the dresses. They made helpful suggestions to really get a feel for what you are looking for and suggested different styles/colours. My daughter went in thinking she had a firm idea of what she wanted and left with a completely different style and colour. She couldn’t be happier with her purchase and is so excited to wear it to prom!!

I love my dress and the lady’s were so lovey and gave me loads of compliments little shame to find the 20% early buyers rack was a little bit muddled up but still I live my dress.
Hi Isla...thank you so much for your lovely feedback....we are so sorry about the mix up as we have been experiencing issues with our online website and having some technical issues around the discounts and all sorts of filters etc so we are sorry....also sometimes the dresses are put back by customers on the wrong rails so we should have made sure that they were on the right rails before you arrived.

We shopped here yesterday by appointment for my daughters prom dress, had the shop to ourselves, could try on whatever we wanted, and took as long as we needed, owner very helpful, professional and kind. Didn’t plan on buying a dress but of course we did 😊 perfect experience.
