Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and local taxes, payable by the customer on delivery.

These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in our prices.

Returns & Restocking

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, any refund issued may be subject to return shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the condition of the item.
