Beautiful gown, fit was glorious on my Mum, it was such a shame that it was way too long for her. Delivery was swift, packaged with care & the lady I’ve spoken with regarding return has been super helpful. Would definitely use Cargo again 🥰

i got this dress for my prom and it was great. it fit perfectly, the material was top quality and the gems stayed on throughout the whole night. The dress came exactly as the picture if not better meaning there were no faults with it. I also got a note with my order which was very sweet and the delivery was smooth and simple. highly recommend !!

I usually don’t write reviews. But this this I felt I have to let world know about this store. These ppl are star . ⭐️ Sue talked me thro while I was making order . Then when receiving it we realised my dd smaller size , Sue arranged to send smaller size and allowing to comparison 2 different sizes . I returned one dress after 1 week. These people in business with compasion .Also they have great collection at reasonable price . Highly recommend.

I emailed late on a friday evening looking for a particular dress. I wasn't expecting a response until maybe the Monday, however my email was replied to straight away. The dress I was looking for wasn't available but the lovely lady I was chatting with recommended another that turned out to be "The One" for my daughter for her prom! She went over and above on a Friday night to help me as much as she could. Amazing customer service and what a lovely company to do business with.

Really pleased with the quality and fit of the dress. Ordered online, as one of the only prom dress places I could find with a returns policy and was worried about the sizing charts of other sites dresses. Ordered a 10 for my daughters prom, and it fits perfectly, needs the hem taken up but that was always going to be the case. Will happily buy from them again for the next prom

After booking 3 1 hour appointments in local Prom dress shops in North Yorkshire, we scoured the websites and came across Cargo. The dress my daughter wanted was there, only 1 left but wrong size.
