🇬🇧 UK Delivery

We ship UK orders with Royal Mail and offer two tracked options:

📦 Standard Delivery – Tracked 48

⚡ Express Delivery – Tracked 24

  • Includes tracking updates via text and email

During this busy season, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

🌍 International Delivery

We ship worldwide and offer flexible options for our international customers:

✈️ Delivery Charges

Europe:

  • From £16

  • Free standard delivery available to most countries via Royal Mail or Evri

  • Courier upgrades available on request

Rest of the world:

  • From £22

💼 Duties & Taxes

  • Europe and worldwide - customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.

🔎 Tracking & Responsibility

  • Customers must track their own deliveries once shipped.

  • Once a delivery method is chosen, it is in your name, and we cannot chase the courier on your behalf.

  • Issues must be reported within 28 days. After that, we’re unable to assist.

  • All postage costs are non-refundable.

  • Refused or Uncollected Parcels (Including Free Postage Orders)

    For international orders sent Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), customers are responsible for paying any local import taxes, VAT, or customs charges. These charges are clearly disclosed at checkout and in our shipping policy.

    Where an order is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs charges we are sorry to say but we do have to charge for this.  We are a small family lead business and this adds unnecessary costs which we do have to recoup, therefore...

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable, even where free       postage was offered at the time of purchase
    Return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund
    • A restocking fee of up to 25% of the item value may be applied to cover administration, handling, inspection, re-steaming, re-packing, and re-listing

    Free postage covers outbound delivery only and does not waive recovery of actual shipping costs where an order is refused or not collected.

🇬🇧 UK Returns (Online Orders Only)

Not quite right? No worries! Here's how to return your UK order:

✅ How to Return

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

  • We'll send a Return Authorisation Code

  • You then have another 14 days to send it back

  • If you do not get authorisation then we will not refund your item.  If you return without authorisation we have the right to refuse delivery & it will be returned to you.

📦 What to Include

  • Items must be unworn, with all labels attached

  • Ideally returned in original packaging

  • Add your return code to the invoice or inside the parcel

💸 Refund Info

  • Refunds are for the item value only

  • Postage costs (original and return) are not refundable unless the item is faulty

We’re happy to accept international returns — here’s how it works:

  • Ideally return in original packaging

🚚 Sending It Back

  • Use any courier — we recommend a tracked or signed-for service

  • Mark the parcel clearly as a return to the UK to avoid customs fees

  • Keep your proof of postage

  • If you do not get authorisation then we will not refund your item.  If you return without authorisation we have the right to refuse delivery & it will be returned to you.

  • Customer is responsible for all return costs for non-faulty items

  • 💸 How to Apply for Your VAT/Duties Refund:

    • Contact your local customs office (for example, Zoll in Germany).
    • Ask for a refund form (e.g., “Antrag auf Erstattung” in Germany).
    • You'll need to provide:
      • Proof of payment for VAT/duties
      • Proof that the item has been returned
      • A copy of your original order invoice

     

    📝 Submit Your Claim:

    • Claims must usually be submitted within 12 months from the original import date.
    • Please note, refunds will be issued directly by your local customs office, not by us.
    •  

    ℹ️ Important Notes:

    • We are unable to refund VAT or customs duties directly.
    • To avoid any delays, please ensure the customs form is marked correctly as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value.”
    • Be sure to follow your country’s specific rules for import refunds to ensure your claim is processed smoothly.

🛍️ In-Store Purchases

Trying on in person is a special experience — and our in-store policy reflects that.

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for purchases made in-store (including pre-orders and deposits), whether the item has been tried on or not.

  • No exchanges on prom dresses once purchased — this helps us ensure fairness during peak season.

  • We're here to support you in finding your perfect dress, and we appreciate your understanding!
