💼 Duties & Taxes
- For customers in Switzerland and Germany:
- We collect all duties and import taxes at checkout, so the price you see is the final price you pay - no surprise fees on delivery! All postage charges are non-refundable.

For the rest of europe and worldwide - customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
🔎 Tracking & Responsibility

Customers must track their own deliveries once shipped.

Once a delivery method is chosen, it is in your name, and we cannot chase the courier on your behalf.

Issues must be reported within 28 days. After that, we’re unable to assist.

All postage costs are non-refundable.

Trying on in person is a special experience — and our in-store policy reflects that.

We do not offer refunds or returns for purchases made in-store (including pre-orders and deposits), whether the item has been tried on or not.

No exchanges on prom dresses once purchased — this helps us ensure fairness during peak season.
